Apply to Babysit

Why babysit with us?

We look after our sitters, too.

Jobs You Won’t Find Posted

Get access to babysitting jobs that aren’t publicly advertised. We bring the families to you, so you can skip the job boards.

Policies That Protect You

We have clear booking policies in place to protect our sitters, including a 4-hour minimum on every booking, so you always know what to expect before a shift.

We Don’t Take a Cut

Your hourly rate is 100% yours. Families pay $35–$45 an hour depending on the number of children, and none of it goes to us.

Paid Directly by the Family

You’re paid directly by the family at the end of each booking. No waiting on payroll or chasing invoices.

What we look for

  • CPR certification is a must. Every sitter on our team must hold a current CPR certification.
  • Real childcare experience, whether that’s babysitting, nannying, teaching, coaching or camp work.
  • A personal interview and reference checks with families or employers you’ve worked with.
  • Comfortable getting to hotels, cabins and vacation rentals around Lake Tahoe.
  • Warm, reliable and professional, with a genuine love of spending time with kids.
